📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor food and beverage inventory and ordering.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies.,Conduct regular staff performance reviews.,Assist in budgeting and financial management for the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high service standards.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
