📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the kindergarten, ensuring a safe and stimulating learning environment.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Early Years curriculum aligned with national and Islamic education standards.
• Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and provide targeted support.
• Foster strong partnerships with parents and the community to enhance student development.
• Utilize data analytics tools to track student performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead professional development activities for teaching staff to ensure best practices.
• Manage school budgets and resources to support the educational mission.
• Represent the school at educational conferences and events to promote our programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in kindergarten education, with leadership experience preferred.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., PGDE, B.Ed) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Islamic education principles and practices.
• Experience with educational technology tools like Google Classroom and Seesaw.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with staff and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
