Field Program Leader - Youth Empowerment Coach

In this role, you will work closely with local communities, schools, and stakeholders to develop and implement programs that address the unique needs of out-of-school youth.

As a Field Program Leader - Youth Empowerment Coach, you will spend your days engaging with young individuals, designing and delivering impactful programs, and collaborating with our team to ensure our initiatives are effective and sustainable. You will have the opportunity to work in various locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. This role offers a unique chance to make a tangible difference in the lives of young people while growing professionally in a supportive and dynamic environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement youth empowerment programs that focus on both soft and hard skills.
• Engage with out-of-school youth to assess their needs and tailor programs accordingly.
• Collaborate with local schools, community leaders, and stakeholders to ensure program success.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven approaches.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to young individuals, helping them build confidence and resilience.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on best practices in youth development and share insights with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in youth development, coaching, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of out-of-school youth needs and challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
