📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HR documentation, including employee files, contracts, and performance evaluations.
• Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new employees.
• Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth administrative operations.
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related data.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analysis.
• Support the HR Manager in organizing HR-related events and activities.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
• Familiarity with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
