Fast Root Sentosa is looking for a dedicated and efficient Cashier to join our team in Samarinda. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient service, and maintaining a positive customer experience. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both in-office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain cash registers and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transactions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.,Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using cash registers and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
