📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Maintain food safety standards and compliance with health regulations.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards.,Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in menu development and cost control activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Possession of a relevant certification or diploma in culinary arts.
