In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will work closely with various departments to understand their training needs and develop effective learning solutions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to improve employee performance and knowledge,Identify training needs and design learning solutions to address them,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure effective learning and engagement,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads to understand their training needs and develop appropriate solutions,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth,Maintain accurate records of training programs and participant feedback

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Experience with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus
