📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage a team of employees, ensuring high levels of productivity and performance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and achieve company goals.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Manage and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.,Monitor and report on team performance metrics and KPIs.,Participate in training and development programs for team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a section head or similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
