📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement a comprehensive school partnership strategy to expand our reach and impact in Indonesia.,Identify, evaluate, and pursue potential school partnerships, both locally and nationally.,Maintain and nurture existing partnerships to ensure continued success and satisfaction.,Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and staff to understand their needs and tailor our offerings accordingly.,Coordinate and manage the implementation of our educational programs and resources in partner schools.,Monitor and report on the performance and impact of our school partnerships, providing regular updates to stakeholders.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, educational institutions, and industry partners.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities in the education sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in school partnerships, business development, or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully building and managing school partnerships.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian education system and market dynamics.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Familiarity with educational technology and digital learning platforms is a plus.
