Jobs360 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AU Accountant to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting processes for our operations in the Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and a deep understanding of the hospitality or service industry. This is a full-time, onsite position with a dayshift schedule.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting processes for the Asia-Pacific region, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records are maintained and reported to stakeholders.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations.,Provide financial guidance and support to the management team to ensure the financial health of the business.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the accounting team and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of accounting tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Experience in financial reporting and analysis.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
