📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits of social media accounts to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and industry experts.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management and strategy.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.
