📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to achieve branch objectives.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proven experience in financial management and budgeting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer needs.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
