📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and customers.,Provide excellent customer service and support to retail partners.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.,Assist in training and developing retail sales consultants.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
