📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of baristas, ensuring high standards of coffee quality and customer service.
• Train new baristas and upskill existing staff to maintain and improve our coffee-making techniques.
• Optimize the coffee-making process, including brewing methods, ingredient selection, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and stocked with high-quality coffee beans and supplies.
• Create and maintain detailed coffee recipes and brewing guidelines.
