As a Housekeeping Staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Your daily tasks will include cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces.
- Ensure all rooms are ready for inspection according to the resort's standards.
- Maintain and restock amenities in guest rooms and public areas.
- Handle and dispose of linens, towels, and waste in an environmentally responsible manner.
- Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate departments.
- Assist with special events and maintenance projects as needed.
- Promote a clean and welcoming environment to enhance the guest experience.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols and resort policies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
- Familiarity with hotel management software, such as PMS (Property Management System).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
