PT Cempaka Maju is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Reconcile bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable on a regular basis.,Process and record all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Provide support to the finance team in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and forecast.,Assist in the preparation of financial analysis and forecasts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficient in the use of accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
