📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and regulations,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business performance and profitability,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they achieve their targets and objectives,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions,Ensure all operational activities are conducted in accordance with health, safety, and environmental regulations,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards,Proven track record of success in managing operational budgets and resources,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software
