📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the procurement process, including vendor evaluation and negotiation.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of procurement documents and records.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate terms.
  • Assist in order processing and tracking.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
  • Provide administrative support to the Procurement team.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Learn and understand the company's procurement policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Currently enrolled in a related degree program or recent graduate.
  • Strong interest in supply chain and logistics.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and terminology.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
