CAST Corporindo is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. In this remote position, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and driving sales for our products and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Develop and present compelling sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our products and services.,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.,Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals.,Track and report sales performance, as well as market trends and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Strong understanding of sales techniques, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Familiarity with digital marketing and online sales platforms is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
