📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Maintain and update customer records and order history.,Ensure all orders are prepared and shipped according to customer requirements.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Monitor inventory levels and alert the team when stock is low.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or order processing role.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using computer systems and software for order management.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with chilled products and food industry is a plus.,Willingness to travel to different locations in the Bali region.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20kg.
