Central Net Sentosa is looking for a dedicated Senior Store Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Oversee cash handling and ensure accurate financial records.,Train and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the planning and execution of store promotions and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
