📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of employees to maintain high standards of service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available.,Coordinate with suppliers to maintain product quality and availability.,Prepare and maintain accurate sales and financial reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.
