📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality standards are met.

Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory management strategies.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.

Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Provide leadership and guidance to junior supply chain staff.

Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain or procurement roles.

Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
