In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, ensuring our workforce is equipped to meet the company's goals and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to employees at all levels.,Evaluate training needs and design programs to address identified gaps in skills and knowledge.,Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet learning objectives.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to integrate training programs into the overall business strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them improve their performance and career development.,Maintain accurate records of training programs, participant attendance, and program evaluations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.,Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing training programs.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Certifications in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) are a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is required.
