📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design training programs to meet the needs of the organization.,Deliver training sessions to employees, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and goals.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends.,Assist in the development of new training materials and resources.,Provide support and guidance to employees throughout the training process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Experience in designing and facilitating training programs.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to travel for training activities.
