📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist clients with beauty treatments, including haircuts, styling, coloring, and skincare services.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, including workstations and restrooms.
• Ensure all beauty products and tools are properly stocked and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking beauty supplies as needed.
• Follow and adhere to all salon safety protocols and hygiene standards.
• Assist with salon promotions and special events when required.
• Collaborate with the beauty care team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a beauty salon or related field.
• Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, products, and techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to use salon management software.
• Familiarity with beauty industry software such as SalonSoft or other similar platforms.
• Certification in beauty therapy or a related field is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
