📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of Japanese-inspired beverages, including cocktails, beers, and soft drinks, using tools like shakers, jiggers, and strainers.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking and restocking supplies.
• Assist in maintaining a well-stocked bar with proper inventory management.
• Work closely with the head barista and other team members to ensure smooth beverage service.
• Handle cash transactions and provide excellent customer service.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products and procedures.
• Assist in special events and promotions, such as themed nights and seasonal drinks.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper hygiene practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a bar or beverage service role, preferably in a Japanese-inspired restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of Japanese cocktail recipes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and cash handling.
• Familiarity with using bar tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Friendly and professional demeanor, with a passion for the hospitality industry.
